Sandoval Elementary School recognized the Students of the Month for March. The students were chosen because of their outstanding display of PERSEVERANCE, such as displaying determination to accomplish a goal, showing motivation to keep going and giving their best, showing diligence to keep moving forward, and displaying courage to meet a challenge without fear. The assembly this month was sponsored by the Sandoval Woman's Club.
Those chosen were Keegan Deadmond, Sterling Gomez, Braylen Berkel, Vincent Schuchman, Keionna Smith, Shaylee Miller, Benson Orrill, Sonny Knolhoff, Kyler Skurat, Nelson White, Carter Groh, Chad Brown, Bentlee Keller and Wyatt Foster. BIG THANKS to Dr. Hyten from Hyten Dental in Carlyle for coming to teach our kindergarten students about keeping their teeth healthy! We had fun learning with your story, puppet, and quiz!
