Welcome back! I hope you all had a wonderful and restful winter break. As we return to school, I want to extend a warm welcome to each of you and share my excitement for the second half of the school year.
To our students, your hard work and dedication in the first half of the year have been truly commendable. You've faced challenges with resilience and embraced opportunities with enthusiasm. As we move forward, let's continue to strive for excellence, support one another, and make the most of every learning experience. Due to ice and snow covered roads, plus cold temperatures, Sandoval Elementary & Sandoval Jr-Sr High School will have an E-Learning day on Tuesday, January 7th! Please utilize any packets, Google Classroom or other communications with teachers. Stay safe & warm!
This Friday, 12/20/24 there will be a 12:40 pm dismissal for the Grade School and a 12:50 pm dismissal for the Jr./Sr. High School . There will be no school starting Monday, 12/23/24 though Monday, 01/06/25 due to the Christmas and Winter holidays. We will return to school on Tuesday, 01/07/25. As everyone gathers around tables this season reflecting upon blessings received throughout this year, have a wonderful time with family and friends!

Sandoval Elementary school recognized the Students of the Month for November. The students were chosen because of their outstanding display of TRUSTWORTHINESS in building a good reputation, having the courage to do the right thing and being honest and true to yourself, family, friends, school and country. Thank you to Angie's Hair Express for sponsoring our assembly!
The students chosen were Keaton Shaw, Londyn Sangster, Jace Smith, Phynn White, Kaiden Alonso, Hazel Pierce, Jonah Dahl, Tawnee Felty, Jace Walta, Deacon Moseley, Harper Gore, Alaric Hunter, Daxton Lyons, and Ben Gelsinger.

Tonight is our annual Meet the Blackhawks starting at 6pm at Sandoval Jr-Sr High School Gymnasium. Price of admission is a canned good or non-perishable item to be donated to our local Sandoval Shalom Food Pantry! See you tonight!

The students were chosen because of their outstanding display of RESPONSIBILITY in being accountable in their own words and actions, having a sense of duty to fulfill tasks with reliability, dependability and commitment, and willing to be accountable for their own actions without blaming others. Kim's Party Jumps & Dippin' Dots was the sponsor this month.

Sandoval Grade School celebrated the Blackhawk Students of the Month for September. The students were chosen because of their outstanding display of RESPECT in showing high regard for self, family, SGS staff, other persons and country, treating others as you would want to be treated and understanding that all people have value as human beings. The event was sponsored by the Sandoval PTO.

Dear Students and Parents,
We are pleased to inform you that transportation for E-Sports will be provided on Tuesdays and Thursdays throughout the month of September.
Please note that students will need to arrange their own transportation on the other days of the week. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Reminder that every Wednesday we dismiss at 2:10pm for Grade School and 2:20pm for the Jr-Sr High School. This will be every Wednesday throughout the school year.
Reminder: Today we have 1/2 Day Teacher In-Service! Sandoval Elementary School will dismiss at 12:40pm and the Jr-Sr High School will dismiss at 12:50pm. We have no school on Monday, September 2nd in honor of Labor Day. Enjoy the extended weekend!
